Zatímco předchozí soutěžní zápasy poskytovaly pádné důvody k mírnému optimismu, sobotní odpoledne způsobilo částečné ochlazení. Středová formace klubu FC Viktoria Plzeň inkasovala opravdu tvrdou ránu, jejíž následky se během nadcházejících týdnů nepochybně projeví. Kromě výše zmíněného Pavla Buchy není momentálně k dispozici ani Aleš Čermák. Šestadvacetiletého letenského odchovance, který doposud zaznamenal šest ligových branek a jednu finální přihrávku, dočasně vyřadilo blíže nespecifikované svalové zranění. Přestože lékaři odvádějí maximum možného, údajně nelze vyloučit ani předčasný konec sezóny.
